Small Business - Maintenance and Support

We know that many small to medium sized businesses do not have the time or resources to support a network of computers and deal with the issues and problems that sometimes arise. We provide support packages tailored to your needs. We charge a quarterly fee based on the number of computers you have and the complexity of your installation. For the basic fee we provide telephone support and will visit your office on a quarterly basis for routine support and maintenance. In addition, providing that your computers have a suitable connection to the Internet (subject to survey) we will provide remote support via secure connectivity software.

Small Business - Additional Services

Basic maintenance and support still leaves you with a certain amount of routine day to day work to do, for example taking backups. We can provide a fully managed service where we look after

• Remote data backups
• Arranging regular maintenance and cleaning of computers and printers
• Supply of backup equipement in the event of failure
• Remote connectivity (e.g. from a home computer)
• Training
