We know that many small to medium sized businesses do not have the time or resources to support a network of computers and deal with the issues and problems that sometimes arise.

We provide support packages tailored to your needs. We charge a quarterly fee based on the number of computers you have and the complexity of your installation. For the basic fee we provide telephone support and will visit your office on a quarterly basis for routine support and maintenance.

In addition, providing that your computers have a suitable connection to the Internet (subject to survey) we can provide remote support via secure connectivity software.
